The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has emerged as the single largest party in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Bihar, winning 12 seats. The Janata Dal (United) (JDU), led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, has also performed well, securing 12 seats. The Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) of Ram Vilas Paswan has won 5 seats.

The total number of Parliamentary Constituencies (PCs) in Bihar is 40. The BJP, JDU, and LJP have together won a majority of 29 seats, giving them a strong mandate to govern the state.
